Fruit Catcher â A Fun Basket Arcade Game
Fast, colorful, and endlessly satisfying â Fruit Catcher challenges you to keep pace with a rain of falling produce while steering clear of explosive surprises. Catch everything you can, and lose a life whenever you miss a fruit or grab a bomb.
What Is Fruit Catcher?
Fruit Catcher is a browser-based arcade game where five types of fruit apples, oranges, lemons, grapes, and strawberries â fall from the top of the screen at random positions. You control a basket at the bottom of the screen, sliding it left and right to collect the fruit before it hits the ground.
Mixed into the rain of fruit are black bombs. Catching a bomb deducts one life. Missing a fruit also costs a life. You start with three lives, and the game ends when all lives are gone. Fruit falls faster and more frequently as your score climbs, keeping the pressure on.

Tips to Score High at Fruit Catcher
1. Prioritize strawberries and grapes
Strawberries are worth 30 points and grapes 25 â always chase them if you can do so safely. Apple misses hurt your score far less than missing a strawberry.
2. Learn to read bomb trajectories
Bombs look different from fruits. Train yourself to visually filter them the moment they appear at the top of the screen, and plan your basket position to avoid them before they get close.
3. Stay near the center
Staying in the middle of the screen gives you one short move in either direction to reach most fruits. Edge-hugging leaves one side entirely undefended.
4. Never panic-move
When multiple fruits fall simultaneously, prioritize the one you can reach with the smallest move. Chasing a far fruit and missing three nearby ones isn't worth it.
5. Sacrifice points, not lives
At high speed, you'll occasionally have to let a low-value fruit slip through. That's okay. Losing a life to catch a +10 apple is never a good trade.
