Tips to Score High

1. Short, frequent taps

Holding down is not a strategy here — each press gives one flap impulse. Tap rapidly in short bursts to hover, and ease off to descend toward the gap center.

2. Aim for the center of the gap

Flying through the very middle of the pipe gap gives the most margin for error on both sides. Hugging the top or bottom edges is risky.

3. Look ahead, not at the bird

Watch the upcoming gap, not where the bird currently is. Anticipating the gap position lets you time your flaps before you reach the pipes.

4. Keep a rhythm

Find a flapping cadence that keeps the bird roughly level. Erratic bursts make control much harder.
